Marc Ching : Convicted Kidnapper
Article By Dominick Mezzapesa
Marc Ching dishonesty and lies have been well documented by the nearly 50 articles we have written. Marc Ching has failed to sue us for liable or defamation. He knows our reporting is accurate and understands that any legal action will only result in the exposure of even more illegalities during the "discovery" part of any lawsuit.
We have also shown that despite, at the age of 23, being imprisoned for 7-years, he has shown that lying and breaking the law is something that comes far too easy for someone who's supposedly had been rehabilitated.
As we pointed out previously when Marc Ching filed for a Chinese Visa one of the questions on the application was "Have you ever been convicted of a felony"
While we have yet to receive confirmation from the Chinese government, our investigation shows that in all probability he must have answered "No"
According to multiple sources, if Marc Ching answered truthfully that would have triggered a month's long investigation. By his own words, his first trip to China in September 2015 was a spur of the moment decision. Logic dictates that if he had answered "Yes" to the felony conviction it would have taken well into 2016 before China would issue a Visa if they did at all.
Now, Marc Ching by his own accord, violated Canadian law by entering Canada on previous multiple occasions, and he will be doing so again on November 4th, 2017.
Canada has a strict immigration policy. They do not allow convicted felons to enter their country. As any 1st-year law student would tell you "Ignorance of the law" is not an excuse.
Wildlife Planet has written to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to Marc Ching's expected arrival. We have also informed Four Pillars Production to their possible legal ramifications of knowingly breaking Canadian laws by allowing Marc Ching to speak with the knowledge of his Felony Kidnapping conviction.
According to multiple sources including those that help people wishing to gain temporary status to enter Canada.
Crimes That Can Render a Person Inadmissible to Canada
Anyone arrested or convicted of any of the following crimes may be barred from entering Canada. Arson, accessory, aiding & abetting, animal cruelty, assault or battery, aggravated assault or battery, attempt, break and enter, bribery, burglary, child abandonment, child abuse, child pornography, computer crime, conspiracy, credit card fraud, conspiracy, criminal contempt of court, cyberbullying, debit card fraud, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, domestic violence, drug possession, drug manufacturing and cultivation, drug distribution, drug trafficking, driving under the influence (DUI), driving while intoxicated (DWI), embezzlement, extortion, false imprisonment, forgery, fraud, harassment, hate crimes, hit & run, homicide, identity theft, illegal bookmaking, indecent exposure, insurance fraud, involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping, larceny, money laundering, murder (first degree & second degree), perjury, probation violation, prostitution, pyramid schemes, racketeering or RICO, rape, receipt of stolen goods, robbery, securities fraud, selling alcohol to a minor, sexual assault, shoplifting, solicitation, stalking, statutory rape, tax evasion, tax fraud, telemarketing fraud, theft, trespassing, vandalism, voluntary manslaughter, and wire fraud.
Even sealed records, and being charge, Canada counts as being guilty or inadmissible to enter Canada.
While we do not have Marc Ching's full criminal history. It is highly unlikely that his first step into the criminal world started with Kidnapping. To become a Kidnapper for Ransom, normally one builds up to this viciousness and depravity.
Marc Ching's followers claim that we have all made mistakes when we were young. I do not consider a 23-year-old a child who gets are caught up in the moment. But their claim that he has since made amends flies in the face of the facts.
He has never ceased to stop lying and he outright thumbs his nose at other countries rules of law. In fact, he gloats about his crimes, such as he did on a videotape when he allegedly claimed to have broken in and entered a Canadian pig farm to gain footage of their mistreatment of the poor animals.
Marc Ching has given away tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to criminals. Enriched slaughterhouses and worse yet, lied to the good-hearted people who he convinces to send his foundations hundreds of thousands of dollars, for which he has not attempted to account for, nor, as far as we can determine, has he filed a tax return for 2016.
Hopefully, our alert to Canadian officials will lead to the arrest of Marc Ching and maybe this time his prison sentence will make him see the light that all the lies and deceit will eventually catch up to you.
