Scout’s Story

We named this dog Scout she was another dog that was used by Marc Ching and Animals Hope and Wellness Foundation. Marc Ching paid for Scout to be torture and murder in Indonesia. He filmed this on this own phone zoomed in filmed the horrific abuse and he used the footage at charity events, celebrity campaign videos and social media campaigns for scam donations. Scout was hung up and left for dead.
