One of the fundamental rights as an American, is freedom of choice. Our nation affords us the ability to make our own choices. Then our nation holds rewards us, or holds us accountable for the choices we made.
Marc Ching as well as thousands of other people have questionable pasts. Sometimes it takes a day or two, sometimes weeks or even years to overcome these lapses in judgment. But the first step on that long road too redemption starts with acknowledgment of your mistake, and apologies to whomever you wronged.
There is no doubt that we have all made mistakes. Just as certain these mistakes have caused pain to another person, be it physical or mental. Apologizing for that pain and anguish must be done in order to move forward. This is something Marc Ching purposely chose not to do.
When Marc Ching started his foundation "Animal Hope and Wellness he had the freedom to tell us about his past. On a few YouTube video Marc Ching was asked about his motivation, he made mention of past mistakes, but given the chance, he had never expanded on that answer.
Obligation To The Truth
For most people hiding your past from those that were not directly involved, can be justified. But in Marc Ching's case, his concealment is something that can not, nor should be accepted.
The moment you ask someone for something that can enrich you personally or professionally, then the people have the right to know all about you. Once informed then they would have the choice based on their life experiences whether to support you or someone else.
How would you feel if you voted for a politician but only after he was elected you found he had been found guilty of domestic abuse?
How would you feel about having given your credit card information to the company only to find later they had been convicted of selling private information?
How would you feel if you brought your child to a Doctor and later finding out he was convicted of malpractice?
How would you feel about eating at a restaurant and finding out they were once convicted of cooking with dog-meat?
Marc Ching asked for and received hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations, but has never once explained his past. he passes himself off as an honest, decent person, who would never hurt a fly. But most would be shocked to learn who he truly is.
"IS" And Not "Was"
As I have stated before, in order to redeem oneself you must be willing to accept your actions. Over the past year, Wildlife Planet has exposed the many lies of Marc Ching and his organization Animal Hope and Wellness.
Marc Ching sued two volunteers from his disastrous 2016 Yulin rescue. Why? It was reported that hundreds of dogs died because of Marc Ching's incompetence. Rather than admit his mistake, he tried to cover it up with a fraudulent lawsuit.
Unfortunately, people mistakingly believe that when a person files a lawsuit they MUST be innocent.
He didn't care that these two people would need to spend thousands of dollars in lawyer fees defending themselves. Marc Ching only cared about protecting his donations. That is the very reason Marc Ching tried his best to hide his past.
Marc Ching was Convicted of Kidnapping and was sentenced to 11-years in a California Prison. He could have received a life term for his crimes, but he was able to obtain a plea deal from the District Attorney.

After exposing his criminal past, many of his cult followers lost their minds and started throwing around accusations, excuses, and even sending me death threats.

Claimed, "Wildlife Planet lied and slandered Marc Ching." Then why hasn't he sued?
Claimed, "Every kid made mistakes in the past." Yes, they have but Marc Ching was almost 23 years old. Plus, not many of the mistakes we all have done included Kidnapping for Ransom. And far fewer ever faced a life sentence for those "Mistakes"
Claimed, "Marc Ching has more than made up for it and is now a good person." Of course, the ignore the fact that Marc Ching continues to lie. No matter how many times we have proven that he lied they still refuse to accept the truth.
Marc Ching apologist also ignore the fact that his organization has never opened their books. They took in hundreds of thousands of dollars and the last IRS tax form we can find is from Year ending 2015.
Marc Ching followers claim I am exposing Marc Ching to gain publicity.
First, Marc Ching is not at all famous so we gain very little publicity from him.
Second, we only exposed his criminal past and his lies because he asked for people to donate to his foundation.
Our goal is simply to inform the public of what and who Marc Ching really is. This way the public can decide for themselves if they want to hand their money over to a man who hid his past and continues to get caught in lie after lie.
