Where Are The Receipts? AHWF Must Prove Where The $100k Donations Is.
In 2016, backed by the Matt Damon / Celebrity plea for help, Marc Ching the founder of The Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation (AHWF) received hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations, and according to Marc Ching possibly up to $100,000 of which is unaccounted for.
On November 26, 2016 Marc Ching's world came crashing down when a DailyMail article exposed Marc Chings disastrous 2016 Yulin Festival Dog rescue. Note this was the same rescue that Marc Ching had previously been billed as "The Man Who Saved 1,000 Dogs From The Yulin Dog Meat Festival."
Only after the DailyMail published their story did Marc Ching file a lawsuit against Jeffrey Beri, the documents show Marc Ching filed the lawsuit on December 6, 2016. Even more of an oddity, he waited until 2017 to file a duplicate lawsuit against Deborah Hall.
Wildlife Planet was contacted by an insider who had a unique knowledge of the inner workings at AHWF. After we vetted this individual, they provided us with an incredible amount of information and articulated that Marc Ching's lawsuit had fallen apart due to the lack of evidence, and Wildlife Planet, chronicling Marc Ching's aversion to telling the truth.
This source confirmed Marc Ching's lawsuit was nothing more than a transparent attempt to deflect the negative press and revelations that Marc Ching had used donated money to 'pay off' dog butchers.
Since dog meat slaughterhouses and butchers hardly cared about receipts, or AHWF's Non-profit obligations to the IRS, Marc Ching had a major problem on his hands. Facing a possible jail sentence for embezzlement, Marc Ching did what most people in his position had done, he looked for and found a patsy in one, Jeffrey Beri.
While our source revealed many of the day-to-day goings on at AHWF, they were crystal clear on what we were allowed to use in writing this story, but they allowed us to publish this one quote.
I believed in Marc and believed he was truly a saint for helping these poor innocent beings. On numerous occasions I have made or petitioned donations on behalf of AHWF.
I am far beyond distressed after uncovering the veracity of not only the Yulin Festival rescue, but additionally the mismanagement of funds by Marc.
I am conferring with my lawyers as to the steps that would need to be taken to move forward with a class action lawsuit against Marc Ching and The Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation."
Our source was adamant that Wildlife Planet mentioned that they placed no blame on Valarie Ianniello The Executive Director Of The Animal Hope And Wellness Foundation. He stressed that Marc Ching's negligence for proper money management and documentation was the sole cause for setting in motion the events that have since transpired.
The civil lawsuit that Marc Ching and AHWF filed asserted that Jeffrey Beri 'mishandled' and/or 'misappropriated' AHWF donations in excess of $148,000. But the facts that we had previously uncovered, along with this new information, completely debunks Marc Ching's claim.
Weeks ago, Wildlife Planet, through an independent source was able to obtain Marc Ching's e-mail in which he, Marc Ching clearly admits granting Mr. Beri complete autonomy in spending AHWF donations, and thus exonerating Jeffrey Beri of any 'mishandling' charge.
In an effort to protect our source, Wildlife Planet will not post the actual eMail, but feel confident that posting a portion of that email will not place this source in danger of discovery.
I want to be real clear. So everyone understands.
Jeffery, with all due respect, you are not a part of the Foundation. Valarie, you do not have the ability to invite anyone into the board.
I let you make decisions while in China, because I gave you that respect. On many occasions, you counteracted my requests. You made decisions that were not in the best interest of our foundation. Still, I looked the other way.
You unwisely spent donation money in a way that I do not agree with. Please do not claim you were frugal and spent money wisely. That is not true. You are spending the Foundation's money, which is my money.
The funds that Marc Ching were alluding to in the email were the AHWF donations sent to Mr. Beri in an attempt to remedy Ching's disastrous Yulin, China rescue operation, which the DailyMail subsequently exposed. At the exact time Jeffrey Beri was using these funds to rescue these suffering dogs, Marc Ching was taking a break, suntanning himself on an Hawaii beach.

As for Marc Ching's 'Misappropriation' charge against Jeffrey Beri, AHWF's own accounting shows that Beri not only submitted receipts in a timely manner, but lay waste to any thought of Marc Ching being able to use Mr. Beri as a scapegoat for the missing donations.
According to our source , it seems the civil lawsuit Marc Ching filed against Jeffrey Beri and an exact lawsuit naming Deborah Hall, claiming her with being guilty of the exact same charges made against Beri.
We can discover no earthly reason for a lawsuit directed at Ms. Hall, since she never had direct access to the funds, nor has Wildlife Planet discovered any link between Ms. Hall and Mr. Beri before Yulin.
Ms. Hall left months before Mr. Beri departed, which leaves the only possible rational for Marc Ching's filing a fictitious lawsuit against Ms. Hall is his belief (no evidence) that she was the whistleblower named 'Sarah' in the DailyMail article.
Long before we received this new stream of information, Wildlife Planet exposed Marc Ching's star witness Suki Su, as nothing more than a prevaricator. Additionally, our featured article demonstrated Marc Ching could not even tell the truth to himself when we showed Marc Ching's written words, directly contradicting Marc Ching's voiced ones. Needless to say Wildlife Planet long ago believed the AHWF lawsuit had no merit.

According to this new source it seems many of the people who believed in Marc Ching are now becoming aware that things aren't as they seem, because donations and support for AHWF have been drying up.
With all the verified information that has been reported, along with Marc Ching's inability to tell the truth, it begs the question "Exactly where is the missing $100,000 in AHWF donations?"
It will be interesting to see if Marc Ching and AHWF actually files a tax return for fiscal year 2016. Wildlife Planet looks forward to seeing how Marc Ching and his Executive Director Of Animal Hope And Wellness Valarie Ianniello account for every penny the received in donations.
Wildlife Planet wishes to make one additional point.
Mr. Beri arrived in China late June, or early July 2016 and vowed not to leave the Yulin dogs until they were all adopted. After an almost 8 month ordeal, Mr. Beri was finally able to return home in February 2017, after the last Yulin dogs had been sent to their new forever homes in the United States.
