There is where A $100k Donations Is un account by Animal Hope & Wellness Marc Ching the founder of The Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation (AHWF) received hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations, and according to Marc Ching possibly up to $100,000 of which is unaccounted for. There is no record to where money is going to and believed that the PetStrant has been funded by the donations of people.

 1)    $250,000 was used to invest in a Dog Food company where Marc Ching was advising the company where Marc was also advising the company on creating vegan dog food. He wired the transferred the money out of the account in August 2016 without anyone knowledge, expect one person , who eventually became a aboard member . The board was not formed until November /December. There was no contract for the investment. The company went bankrupt.

 2)    When Marc Ching travelled he took large amounts of cash to pay slaughter house owners off along with paying guides and translators. Often claiming he had been robbed but never actually had his passport stolen

3)    Animal Hope and Wellness filed tax returns in 2017 and falsified forms by not stating that Marc Ching was a aboard member. Which he was and still is. Although he claimed many times that he resign.

4)    Marc Ching profits from the foundation is by selling supplement (both from the company he owns) at 20% discount not at the wholesale price. Which is only prescribed by him.

5)    Animal Hope and Wellness was given $25,000 worth of products from Cannapet. But insteof the foundation receiving the items they were delivered to the store and Petstrant sold them for profit.

6)    Marc Ching took his staff to Disney Land and paid with Donations

7)     Marc Ching fully funds 501c4 (organization is a social welfare organization,) with 501c3 A 501(c)(3) organization is a corporation, trust, unincorporated association, or other type of organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of Title 26 of the United States Code. It is one of the 29 types of 501(c) nonprofit organizations in the US

8)    He has complete access to the foundations money and does not ask the board for permission on decisions made

9)    Animal Hope and Wellbeing used to occupy 25% of the space in the Petstrant, when the foundation moved to a larger space on Ventura Blvd in September 2016 , Marc Ching insisted on the foundation putting back into this store . At cost of $20,000 large part was redoing electrical work and adding more power so Marc Ching could purchase more food
